CA Technologies is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. In accordance with our CA Support Policy and Terms (https://support.ca.com/), please consider this letter your written notification that we are discontinuing support for CA Asset Portfolio Management r12.8 beginning December 31, 2015. This will allow our Development organization to more effectively focus its resources on and add value to the next release of CA Asset Portfolio Management.
At this time, we encourage you to plan for the migration to CA Asset Portfolio Management r14.1 as soon as possible, so you can take full advantage of the latest new features and enhancements this release has to offer. These include:

· Enhanced Hardware Reconcilation Automation
· Expanded Asset Copy Feature
· Recalulation of Payments
· Add Asset Costs Feature
· Improved Integration with CA Software Asset Manager
· Multi-tenancy with CA Software Asset Manager
Note: This list above represents what was added to the latest release. For those on ealier releases of CA Asset Portfolio Management, the list of enhancements is significantly longer. Please refer to the “Differences” document posted on the support site for a cumulative list of new features since your current release.
