How to solve ITPAM exception in Catalog view.log

Hi,

I create one event-rule-action in Catalog and it will call the PAM process once the rule is triggered. From the request Tracking page, I can see the process is triggered but soon the process name, status and other content in the tracking page will be changed to Unknown. And there is ITPAM exception in the view.log. Anyone know the reason? Is it a bug?

The request Tracking page:

Part of the view.log:

2015/01/26 14.45.53.615 ERROR [http-bio-8080-exec-20] [ITPAMWebserviceManager] Exception while fetching status
