I just had something happen where I saved and published the detail_chg.htmpl form in a formgroup, and when I went to view the form in the GUI, it didn't load properly.  I went back to WSP and the entire bottom half of the form had been deleted.  All the htmpl code was gone.  Anyone else ever experience this problem?  I lost almost an entire day's work. 

This is on 12.9 Conventional configuration.

Anyone have a similar experience that they can share some help with Kevin?
