I'd like to update tickets in our ticket system when the message field of an alarm changes. What do you think would be the best method of detecting the change in message? It seems to me like I'd have to go to the transaction log everything count is > 1 and compare the current message to the previous message. This doesn't seem very efficient to me. Another option would be to keep track of the messages separately.
As far as I can see there's nothing like prev level contained in the alarm message?
