I am trying to setup a script to only alarm on a condition on when the E2E monitor only sends emails on the 2nd -7th alarm and not their after. Is their a way i could accomplish this?

yes, you can run a script from an auto-operator profile that has some filter criteria set that
matches your specific alarm situation. The concept is to intercept each alarm and post-process a checking on the suppression count. When the alarm suppression count reaches the two values then perform the action.
-- Get inbound alarm
a = alarm.get()
if a.suppcount >= 1 and a.suppcount <= 6 then
