NMS 5.0 upgrades and possible ensuing data_engine problem

We have performed several upgrades after which the data_engine started to have an issue. The first indication will be that the data_engine queue will start to back up. A log level 3 will look something like

The process that has resolved this situation is as follows:

 

-          De-activate data_engine

-          Move or delete  \probes\slm\data_engine\savefiles\* files

-          Activate data_engine

 

We think the root cause is that a save file from the earlier version has entries that are not compatible with the latest schema.
