I want to know how to modify the "Default" calculation method, which is specified in the QoS, to treat NULL values as down and assign some custom value . The SLM manager allows to edit the standard definitions of "Average", "Interval" and "Median" but does not have any option to do it for "Default" for treating NULL values as down and set some custom value.
Specifically, I have created 1 SLA which comprises of 1 SLO and 1 QoS. The default setting of QoS have calculation method set as "Default". For SLO and SLA, the calculation method is set as "Worst". The QoS I am using is QOS_COMPUTER_UPTIME (calculated every 1 hour) from CDM probe. For those instances when the QoS is not available, instead of default value as NULL, I want to specify the custom value of 0 sec and treat it as NULL.
