Clear database, QOS definitions, etc.

we've been in a process of doing some trials, adding/removing probes, qos definitions, etc. and are finally at a point where we are happy with what's being monitored and the dashboards that have been put together. The problem is we have all of these old qos definitions that aren't used but hanging around which in some cases are causing parts of the dynamics dashboards to not work. Is there a way we can basically wipe-out all the qos data and definitions in the database and start fresh, i'm not concerned with historical data at this point. We're also on-demand so i don't really have database access.
