We just moved our email to the MS Office365 service. For alerting we have changed the the server address in the emailgtw_probe to: pod510513.outlook.com:587 (that took us some time to find out, but is working fine now)
After that we tried to do the same for the scheduled reports emails in the report_engine probe. We also changed there the server address to: pod51013.outlook.com:578. But, whatever we try further in the settings no email are received. Increasing the log-level does not give us more details about possible errors in sending the emails.
Does somebody has a solution for this?
