central hub does not recieved QoS from Processes Probe
this log appears:
processes: nimSession - failed to connect session to x.y.z.w:48001, error code 10061
any idea to fix it.
Are you on the latest build of the Processes Probe? If not, please update to the most current build, increase logging to 3 and let us know what you see.
Does x.y.z.w in the log match the IP address of the robot running the processes probe? Or is that the hub IP?
This looks like a connection failure that would be cause by a firewall (on the network or on the host). Could this be a host running the Windows Firewall and having the connections between probes blocked?
