Total Time spent working ticket

I need to track the total time spent on a ticket. Needs to be a field that the analyst can enter time into ticket as HH:MM when they are finished working the ticket. Not the total time the ticket was open but how long the analyst spent on the ticket. Any suggestions on how to do this? Need for both incidents and requests.
