How can define arguments from value of a XML element

Hi Team!

 

I have a SOAP request (see below). As you can see the value from element Qualification is 'Telefono' = "4241476377" AND ('Fecha Hora Creación' > "01/03/2015") which means there are two parameters "Telefono" and "Fecha Hora Creación" with their values and expressions. How can I manage that to have two arguments called "Telefono" and "Fecha Hora Creación" with their values and expressions on VSI?
