Hi Team,

 

CASD 12.7

 

We have an sd account which is used as an end user at the time of creation when job abends,now we are going to deactivate that contact in SD.what will happen to tickets that are opened by a product that was incorrectly setup? do we need to have an empty account like that, please advise.
