Can we set the properties values in the detail form in CA servicedesk 12.7

We have scenario that we have mapped the property attributes to the category.If added the dropdown field with values 'Single' and 'Multiple' on the detail cr form.If the user select the value as 'Single' then user will be made mandatory to provide field values (as we have marked as mandatory field in the property).Now if the user selects the value as 'Multiple' then the property values should not prompt the user to select the values.Can we set the dummy values for this property field on while saving the ticket.

if yes then what is syntax.
