After migration, ref_num for Incidents/Requests/Problems and Change Orders got restarted from ONE

REQ-1 instead of REQ-78960

In migration file I found the following:

Mon May 18 00:53:11 2015: >>  Processing table (Call_Req      ) for (ref_num    ) ... Largest found (0)
Mon May 18 00:53:11 2015: >>  Processing table (Change_Request) for (chg_ref_num) ... Largest found (0)
Mon May 18 00:53:11 2015: >>  Processing table (Issue         ) for (ref_num    ) ... Largest found (2366)
Mon May 18 00:53:11 2015: >>  Processing table (usp_servers                     ) ... Largest found (1001)
Mon May 18 00:53:11 2015: >>  Processing table (Document_Repository             ) ... Largest found (1002)
Mon May 18 00:53:11 2015: >>  Processing table (usp_help_content                ) ... Largest found (1752)

by some reason is not identifying ref_num for Call_Req table and Change_Request.

REQ-ref_num

CO-ref_num

is it possible to redefine this number?

Regards,

Pavel.
