After restarting EM, CEM stops showing in investigator

CA APM 9.7.0.

After restarting the EM, CEM stops showing in investigator. Normally we have a CEM entry in the investigator under the EM server name. We don't see it and as a result, no metrics related to CEM are seen in the investigator.

However, everything seem to be working fine when wee log on to CEM.

There are no specific errors in the log.

Can you please help how to debugg and resolve this issue?
