Close orders in USS

We have seen the order status show completed in USS when the service desk ticket gets closed, this behavior is only when we integrate it with Service desk.


The moment we integrate with catalog, and use PAM to create the tickets in SDM even the sdm tickets get closed the catalog orders are not shown has completed in USS.


Is this how it should be or can be use the in build functionality to close the orders as soon as we have the sdm tickets closed.
