How can Knowledge Management documents be active to show in knowledge search?
The knowledge document status should be in "PUBLISHED" status so that they are available for search. Please check the status of the document. If it is in DRAFT or any other status, you need to Publish them.
Also if the document is RETIRED then they will not be available for search, You need to Re-publish them again.

You might also need to run the PDM_K_REINDEX command after publishing the document(s)
