CA Service Desk: Disable Weak Cipher in SSL Mode

I noticed that there is a fix for the weak cipher vulnerability for WCC in post: WCC: Disable Weak Ciphers in SSL Mode

Since the latest update of Firefox (v.39.0) we are now experiencing the following errors when trying to access our SSL link for CA Service Desk:

"Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to srs. SSL received a weak ephemeral Diffie-Hellman key in Server Key Exchange handshake message. (Error code: ssl_error_weak_server_ephemeral_dh_key)

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.

Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem. "

I was wondering if there was a similar fix for CA Service Desk. We are currently running v.12.1. I know that this version is no longer supported but is there a similar fix for a supported version that we could use for our version?

Any help would be much appreciated.
