CA UIM integration with servicenow

As anyone integrated CA UIM with servicenow using transform map with integration working properly?I 'm able to connect to serivcenow using servicenow gateway probe and create ticket when its integrated directly to incident form and when servicenow ticket is closed, it properly acknowledges alert in UIM. when  try the same via transform map, the ticket is getting created but when ticket is closed its not acknowledging alert.Has anyone faced similar problem before and successfully resolved?
