Add Survey URL To Default Closure Notifcation

Hello,

 

When a request, incident or problem ticket is closed, I want the survey url link sent within the close email notification.

 

I have edited the html message within the "Detail Default Close message template for request/incident/problem Message Template" and added the line as kindly suggested by Fabricio.

This does work, but we have both the Affected End User and Requester receive the closure email notification. Anyone can open this link, and it will show in the activity log as the Afffected End User (call_req_id.customer), no matter who opens the link, which is a security issue.

 

Because @cnt.id refers to the logged in user within stored queries, I thought I could change the url link to this:

But it does not work, what variable within a html message template will reference the current SDM user?
