We have a problem with support automation analyst console, if i click on the remote control tab start session button the java client crash. Can you help us?
Hi Mihi, for something like this, the best thing to do is open a case with CA Support and one of our engineers will take a look at it with you. We may be able to see something in the logs if its server-side related. It would be a bit difficult to troubleshoot something like this via the communities here
In addition to Jon's comments, I'd also say that you should make sure you have RO67483 applied and also that you're using the latest Java 7 client on the end user's machine. Those two things help in most instances.
