Swe have an issue with ca service desk ,the Incident area hierachial lookup vanishing scenario:

when we are keying in the Data (using the autofill option) onto the group and then selecting the incidnet area using the hierachial lookup ,the incident area is vanishing. In logs we are getting "Failed to set category"  error. Any help would be appreciated.
