Policy Manager Connection Broken

Hi,

When logged into the policy manager ( v8.3 ) using an MS AD user I frequently get the following

PolicyMgr-Connecting.png

followed by

PolicyMgr-ConnectBroken.png

This only happpens when connecting using AD user and not an Internal Identity Provider User.

Are there any tweaks for an Microsoft AD Identity Provider that need to be set?

I see a few "SEVERE: A Gateway error or a communication error occurred." errors in the policy manager logs but no other details as to what is causing the error.
