Just wondering again...
When I am deleting instances of custom master object I am getting this
while the product is designed to give this
in 13.3.0.011 6.
Is that one of those Load Balancer sticky sessions issues?
Not really, but since then I have been re-educated by more skilled community members that Firefox is not supported in in 13.3.0.011 6.
After that I have used only Chrome for edits and have not seen such issues or the usual System error.
Try restarting the application services
We had a similar issue with delete buttons not working on another page and restarting the application services resolved the issue.
The button was there if I selected just one instance.
So power filtering the 500+ instances selecting one, clicking delete, clicking conform, re-filtering, selecting one ...
I managed to delete them.
Hi Martti - Is this the Correct Answer then? Thanks! Chris
If it recurs, it would be beneficial to know if changing the browser version or vendor has any affect - a similar problem was seen and found during the development (fixed pre-release) of 14.1 when first adding in support for IE11, and it would even strangely appear on some builds/servers but not others (so consistent on a server that was affected, but inconsistent/intermittent across multiple servers), and it turned out to be an issue with the detection and handling of the browser version.
That is unanswered.
I used Firefox 41.0.1
I should assume the other users have IE. I do not know which version.
Did you ever determine what the issue was? We are facing a similar issue right now and need help.
