What is the max # of attachments that can uploaded at one time to tickets in 14.1
It can be controlled by an SDM Option:
Default is 10
Thanks. I guessed correctly, 10 by default.
So what is the disadvantage of setting the max option to some outrageous #?
You know one of my users will ask why only 10 or 20. Why not 100????
I think it goes back to usability and requirements.
Scrolling through couple of pages for attachments may not be a bad thing, but scrolling through 10 pages could be. In such a case maybe a zip file would help?
