Can you help me I got some error when i click on report tab first time.
When i click refresh then it's work.

It have seen this reported in the past as an intermittent problem and for which the report may be displayed after Refresh.
If the version is 14.1, then there is a confirmed problem which includes that symptom. The problem is USRD 3221.

For 14.1, the solution does not appear to be included in 14.1.02 (cumulative patch #2). So, you would need to open a support case.
Does this error occur only with IE or different browsers such as Chrome or Firefox? If it occurs only with IE, then ensure that Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration is turned off. Also, add the CABI URLs to the trusted sites in IE.
I have the same problem in IE and Firefox.
What version of CABI is installed (with Service Pack)?
What specific web browser(s) can the issue be reproduced on?
How much memory is on the CABI server?

Try clearing browser cache and cookies and verify the behavior. If the error continues, use Fiddler trace tool to capture working and non working scenario to find where it is failing.
