Quick Q - wonder if anyone knows WHY this is happening...
New OWB installation on a Win7 machine (OWB 2.0.0 220.127.116.1132 - Clarity version 13.1.0.0248 07 0032)
Everything looks OK with the installation, but when the user opens the plan from Clarity, they get the "OWB login prompt" rather than being taken straight into the plan (and its a SSO system so we can't just enter a password at the prompt).
I've looked at the sched.nikusl file, and its fine - I can even use their sched.nikusl file on my machine and it works fine (so I know the Clarity setup for the user is OK), so it must be something to do with OWB on their PC that I've missed checking out.
Anyone got an insight into what I've missed then?
