It is great to have the CA Service Management global user community helping to guide our products. That is because as customer service professionals you really recognize when customer service is going well – or not. Not only do you help us guide the product to deliver more value, but you’ve also helped us understand what we need to do to provide you with best in class service. Along those lines, we would like to ask your assistance once again.
Last year, we initiated an NPS-based customer survey focused on the CA Service Desk Manager product . And we got a lot of good feedback that helped us identify some areas that we needed to improve on. Now a year has passed, and I would like to encourage you to take the Customer Feedback Survey to help us gauge how well we are making headway on those improvements.
