Will PPM have the ability for users to request password reset from the system (vs. the administrator)?

Today we're on 14.2 hosted, and a pain when users lock out their systems.  We have stringent password requirements set by IT (e.g. locked account after three failed attempts) resulting in many users locking their accounts.  Does (or will) CA PPM have the ability for users to request password reset directly out of PPM?
