Users are required to book to Clarity timesheets a set # of hours per week, for example - 40 hours. When the users enter less than 40 hours per week, we notify them via email. I would like to set up automated alerts that notify the users within Clarity, or via email that they have entered less than 40 hours and must be corrected on their timesheets. Can this be handled through a customized "process" in Clarity? Can someone share insights on how to best create one?
