Send Email when Client do not use "Prompt for Knowledge" Dialog

Hi Team,

 

Whenever an employee do not use "Prompt for Knowledge" dialog during creation of ticket, I want to send email to that client to use the "Knowledge Base" for the "Category" selected by him.

 

The condition for this is  present in list_KD.htmpl file in employee interface. But is it possible to configure this thing from front-end?

 

Kindly suggest.
