why the Log Comment... Option under Activities Menu is not available for some users while it is available for others. How can we make it available.
first thing you need to determine which menubar is used by role:
Once you get menubar htmpl name, open it in WSP or other text editor like Notepad++, then check conditions for Log_Comment..., basically there is only 1 conidtion: ticket should be active.
