CA Service Desk -Attachments

i am trying to open attachments i.e .msg file extensions (MS-Outlook Files) in CA Service Desk r12.5 on IE11 but it is not getting downloaded. Can someone please help in this? would like to know what needs to be done to enable this.


this was happening for new office documents as well (i.e. docx,xlsx, pptx, etc) but now they are getting opened. only thing in this case is instead of displaying the filename it is showing "Upload Servlet". Please help.
