LDAP problems on Service Desk

Hi comunnity, i have a problem with LDAP on SDM. The integration it's fine, when i try to append the LDAP attributes to a new contact the register of the AD appears but dont show the name, last name, and on the username shows data like this:


CN=Ali Briceño,CN=Users,DC=lab,DC=bancaribe,DC=com



Can you help me?
