"Document base /opt/niku/clarity/tomcat-nsa-deploy/webapps/manager does not exist"

Clarity  Application was down . When checked log  found "home="/opt/niku/tomcat-6.0.26"" entry was wrongly given corrected to home="/opt/niku/apache-omcat-6.0.26". Restarted services. Everything went well. Application started working well. After the  enabling the HTTPS to True and restarted service, it started giving issues. All the services are running, CSA is up and running. But the Clarity application is down and gives page can't be found error. When checked logs, it shows the

 

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Document base /opt/niku/clarity/tomcat-nsa-deploy/webapps/manager does not exist or is not a readable directory

No changes made to the configs .  Any help would greatly appreciated.
