tim not processing data

       I am having issues with TIM not connecting and processing data from MTP. I have looked at other MTPs that I have in our environment and the setup is not different. I have reinstalled TIM software to see if there was an issue there but to no avail. All transactions are showing zeros in the tim ssl options. Please let me know if you have encountered a similar situation and how you resolved it.
