service desk-email eater

Hi Team,

 

This is regarding the email eater configurations in the CA service desk.

From the SMTP server end there is no option either to configure the POP3 or ICMP and there is no authentication for SMTP.

No username and password available.

Request your help to kindly provide any alternate solution for configuring the email eater in the portal.
