In our environment, if any visitor or vendor person comes we need to fill up a certain form to get prior approval for the visit. We are currently managing this by printed hard copies of access request form. We want to change this procedure and incorporate it in service desk.
For which we want to create a new htmpl page and associate it with "chg" table.
Can this be done? will there be any impact on current change management module?
If it is possible to do, please help us to do that.
If not, is there any alternativ way?
