service restarted from NSA but not able to login
I think you are raising a query against CA PPM - Clarity.
This forum is for CA APM - Application Performance Management.
Suggest you raise this in the PPM forum or raise a support case against PPM/Clarity.
We have restarted the services and after that not able to log in and then we remove the services and then add once more and restarted still the same issue is going on not able to login.
In case that was not the correct answer:
What is your CA PPM version?
Which services are up?
Do you get the login screen if not what do you get?
If you get the login screen and login what happens next?
Are you atleast able to see the login page ?
What do the app-ca and app-system logs say ?
Have you tried logging into the server directly and issuing this command ? "service stop start app"
