Transfer activity New Group getting blank

When we want to transfer an Incident ticket we are going to particular ticket and clicking on Activities and selecting Transfer


When we click on Transfer from Activities of a ticket a new window (xfer_esc_ccr.htmpl) will open up.


IF we click on New Assignee who is not part of existing ticket Group ...New Group is getting blank How we can avoid getting this New Group getting blank.


For Ex: Ram is a part of Servicedesk and Elepha is not a part of Servicedesk but some other group.


One Incident is assigned to Servicedesk group and Ram is a part of Servicedesk


when I try to transfer a ticket to Elepha via Transfer Activities the Servicedesk Group is getting blank.


How I can avoid the New group should not be blank Instead it should show only Servicedesk Group but Assigne should be Elepha.


Any idea how we can avoid this
