By default the incident can be attach CI to that are one by one.
It possible to attach multiple affected CI to ticket.
Please help share your idea.
I don't think this feature is available OOTB for Requests and Incidents. Could possibly be done with some customization. Should probably not be too difficult to implement, considering we already have a similar feature working for Change Orders where you can attach multiple CIs.
