is it possible to define a stored queries that show me the active incident of the members of a group?
thanks for your help. You have given me the clue that I needed, '[member]member_list.group'. Now my stored query works ok.
The stored query is:
'active = 1 AND type = \'I\' and (act_log.analyst.[member]member_list.group.id IN U\'31B1BC7F0E4C6A4B92C08AFB267232AD\' and act_log.type = \'RE\')'
From your description it is not clear which one of the following you mean
for example 'incidents assigned to member of a specific group'. The group will be defined in the stored query.
I played around with bop_odump and got some promising results with the following query:
bop_odump domsrvr cr "type = 'I' AND active = 1 AND assignee.[member]member_list.group.last_name IN '<group name>'" ref_num type assignee.combo_name group.combo_name
Keep in mind that this will give you tickets that are not assigned to the group you used in the filter, as long as the assignee is a member of that group. A person can be a member of multiple groups so this is a valid situation.
