rsp Probe and Disk Instances Values Not Displaying in GUI

We have the rsp probe deployed to monitor some Windows 2000 servers and the servers to be monitored are setup to monitor by IP address (not hostname).

When you look in the rsp probe GUI the disk instances show with a value of N/A and there is a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in it against the disk parameters. The data is getting collected as QoS and alarms do get raised.

If we change the configuration to use hostname instead of IP address the disk instances' data shows in the GUI. But I need to use IP address for these servers. I can reproduce the problem on a test VM running UIM 8.31 on Windows 2008 using the latest rsp v5.12 probe with Windows 7 and Windows 2000 Server being monitored via the rsp probe.

Any ideas why the GUI does not display the data correctly?
