Hi,

 

Currently we have configured CA Service Management 3.1.7 version on Android and were able to create incidents too. But need the below things to address before we launch the solution to Production.

 

How can we customize the application to address the below tasks.

 

1) How to ensure the default ticket is always Incidents. Dont want the users to choose from Preferences.

2) Group and category are mandatory for us, how to set a default group and catagory. Dont want the option for users to select.

3) Remove the location
