I think it makes sense to add sub-categories:CA PAM
CA PAM Server Control
We can do this through tagging since the platform does not provide sub-categories. Also, the search functionality is pretty intelligent, so if you use that, you're pretty likely to find what you're looking for. If you need help, just let me know!
I have experience that there are lot of activities for PIM category and limited activity on PAM therefore PAM related information gets hidden and its difficult to trace and it becomes time consuming.
Also not everyone uses tags while posting ideas/documents and question.
Smarter way is to have a category some thing similar to what " dulmi01 " has suggested.
I hear you. Could you post this as an idea to the Security Community under the PAM category so that other customers can vote on it? I plan on presenting this to the product team on Thursday, but would like to see if this gets support from others in the community first.
kristen.palazzolo I don't think Idea of vote is helping for PAM customer, I hardly see any activity in PAM related discussion/post/ideas.
I have been told by Support team to put forward the enhancement request via Community but I have not seen any development on the Ideas we have shared.
I would like to know ,what if there is not enough vote and still we need some improvement in the existing product. How do we approach that? This was not the case with xceedium, They were talking our entrancement request in form of tickets and In those enhancement request we were able to get time frame, We could know in which release that enhancement will be delivered.
I hope CA PAM product team pays serious attention on this feedback.
