I have two Windows servers installed with the agent, these 2 servers work with a published application, one of these servers is in a DMZ and communicates with the other server through a firewall.
I can manage both servers through the Endpoint Management console. The communication between the two servers and the Enterprise Management server is verified. When he wake up the agent ControlMinder, this application users experience a delay in the response of the executed operations; but when the agent is down, returns to normal response time operations.
Any kind of blocking or error is recorded in the records of ControlMinder.
