Error in service desk configuration

Hi all,

Current version of CA service desk in our environment is 12.7 and we are trying to upgrade it to 14.1 using swing box method.

We have successfully installed SDM 14.1 and after that we took recent backup of production server database and restored it on migrated swing box and after that copied mods folder from producion to swing box.

At the time of cofiguration we are getting error as " cannot connect to mdb database on server"

what can be the reason for this?

Can anyone help us to resolve this issue.
