How can we enable Service Service Portal in Service Desk 14.1?
When you say "Self Service Portal" are you referring to the "Unified Self Service" piece of the product? Or are you referring to the "Employee Interface" of Service Desk? In 14.1 we have what is called USS - Unified Self Service, which is a separate interface specifically designed for the self service users.
