I am getting a system error when I create a process on the CA Clarity PPM v13.1. Attached is the error screenshot. I've all the process related admin access rights. Any idea what may be wrong?
what does the app-ca log says, do you have any error ?
I actually do not have access to the app-ca log files. I am creating the process on the Dev environment.
Were you not able to view logs through URL(action:security.logs) ?
I dont exactly remember, but it may be related to this.
Is it happening after any recent refresh of Database from another environment to DEV? If so, can you verify whether the sequence bpm_def_processes_s1 is generating next value which already exists in bpm_def_processes table? Just a guess though !
How about restarting clarity services, if not done already?
There is nothing mentioned in the app-ca log file. There was a refresh of DB that took place from Prod to Dev last night and I suppose that may have lead to this issue. I will try to restart the clarity services and see if it works for me. Thanks anyway!
If you have refreshed a database and have not restarted the servers you are going to be in a world-of-errors I would think!
